Tenants renting renting from Garden city property management can fill out this form to request an estimate for a move out carpet cleaning and if you would like to have the cost of the carpet cleaning deducted from your deposit return.
There is no need to set up an appointment, GCPM will do that for you.
When you turn in your keys they know that you are out and a day or two later they get me in to clean the carpets. Don’t worry about vacuuming I do that too.
Do your other move out requirements and leave the carpets to me.
